Getting Started
- The basic version is free for everyone to use!
- Getting started with Nimble is as easy as providing your name and your email address. Once you’re signed up, you can start working.
- Nimble imports your Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Gmail, and Outlook contacts and intelligently merges any duplicate records.
Contact Management
- Once your contacts are imported, Nimble will instantly display all emails, calendars, and social conversations related to them in one unified view.
- View core contact information, and all activities, emails, notes, and social conversations related to that contact, in one clean and simple screen.
- Nimble will automatically identify contact’s social profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter so that you and your team can easily connect, listen, and engage with your most important business associates.
- With Nimble, you can send messages, add tasks and events, edit or download the contact profile…right from the contact’s profile window.
Communicate
- Listen to all of the relevant conversations happening in your social networks. Connect with your community from one unified inbox.
- With any message you receive, Nimble will show you who sent it and whether or not they are relevant to your business. If they’re not in Nimble, just import them.
- Nimble’s message screen gives you plenty of options for engaging contacts. Quickly create tasks, schedule events, or reply to messages using the most popular social platforms.
Activity Management
- Access and view all of your tasks, events and calendars just by clicking on the Activities tab.
- With Nimble, you and your team can easily create new tasks from any emails and social messages.
- Nimble will sync your calendar with Google Calendar and any 3rd party calendaring system that connects to it. Once set up, events and tasks you create in those tools will automatically appear in Nimble and vice versa.
