SERVICES INTEGRATION
It is often a requirement to incorporate external data into GoldMine.
- You may be transferring legacy data from your existing contact management database.
- You may want to integrate GoldMine with an external system.
- You may want to import bought-in contact lists.
Whatever the requirement, there are various options open to you. These include:
Data Import: This can be done easily within GoldMine if the requirement is just to bring in simple contact data. For more complex imports, we supply an add-on product called GoldBox.
Data Export: GoldMine itself can handle simple export tasks. Again, though, for more complex tasks we would use GoldBox.
GoldBox Views: GoldBox is able to combine GoldMine data with that from an external source and display it on a single screen. From here it can be updated, subject to security settings. This is an elegant solution where interactivity is the key.
Custom Programming: By plugging into GoldMine through its API we can write custom add-on packages.
