When you take out a support contract with Canonbury Services you get unlimited access to our expertise and experience. We are available at the end of a telephone between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday

If we cannot respond to your problem immediately, then we guarantee to return to you within two working hours (for high priority incidents); obviously we cannot promise to resolve every problem within that period, but we will talk to you and start to investigate a resolution.
