Office 2000 isn’t officially supported with GMPE, but some people do find that it works with the new GMLink without any problems.

Other people aren’t so lucky, and it seems that your operating system may make a difference (XP Home seems to bring out more problems than XP Pro, for example).

One thing which does seem to help if you are having difficulties is to uninstall the GMLink from the affected machine and replace it with an older version. We’ve found that version 6.5.99 works well.
