Sometimes we’ll ask you to send us a file, or to download one, from the Canonbury Services FTP site (ftp://ftp.canonbury-services.co.uk).

You can use Windows Explorer to do this but, for this to work, the ‘Use Passive FTP’ setting in your computer’s Internet Options must be unticked.
